Terms of Service — Ninjo

1. Platform Overview

Ninjo is a digital marketplace connecting users who post tasks with independent users ("Heroes") who may choose to accept and complete those tasks.

We are NOT a service provider, employer, or contractor of any user.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Ninjo.

3. Independent Users (Heroes)

Heroes are:

• Independent, self-employed users
• Not employees, agents, or representatives of Ninjo
• Fully responsible for their own actions, safety, and work quality

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the app legally
• Not post illegal or harmful tasks
• Treat other users respectfully
• Not attempt fraud or abuse the system

5. Tasks & Agreements

• All agreements are made directly between users
• Ninjo is not responsible for execution, payment, or disputes
• Users must agree terms before starting any task

6. Chat & Communication

Users may communicate through in-app chat after a task is accepted.

You agree not to:

• Share illegal content
• Harass other users
• Attempt scams or manipulation

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant Ninjo a license to:

• Display it in the app
• Store it
• Use it for platform operation

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use the platform for:

• Illegal activities
• Dangerous or harmful tasks
• Fraud or deception
• Harassment or exploitation

9. Liability Disclaimer

Ninjo is not responsible for:

• User behavior
• Quality of tasks
• Safety during tasks
• Financial losses
• Disputes between users

10. User-Generated Content & Zero Tolerance

Ninjo allows users to post tasks, send chat messages, and share profile content.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. This includes harassment, hate speech, threats, illegal content, scams, spam, and sexually explicit material.

Violations may result in immediate content removal and permanent account suspension.

• You must treat all users with respect
• Do not post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Do not harass, threaten, or exploit other users
• Report objectionable content using the in-app report feature
• Block abusive users — blocked content is removed from your feed instantly
• We review reports within 24 hours and take action including content removal and user ejection

11. Account Suspension

We may suspend or delete accounts if:

• Terms are violated
• Fraud or abuse is detected
• Required by law

12. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee:

• Income for Heroes
• Task availability
• Completion of tasks
• User satisfaction

13. Changes

• We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.

14. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by applicable laws where KorsgaardGroup LLC operates.
